Hôtel Paris Bastille Boutet - MGallery

Room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a deluxe double on the 4th floor. Windows opened for fresh air which we always love. . Everyone in our group said how wonderful the beds were which is very unusual in so many people. We were there for a surprise birthday gathering. Bathroom was well thought out with a bath and shower and a separate loo. Good wardrobe with lovely luxurious hangers. Coffee machine AND a kettle. Bliss. Limited number of coffee capsules and tea bag. We were given more on request. Fresh milk was available from the reception staff to put in the fridge. Very quiet hotel but within walking distance of bars and restaurants and many interesting places. Staff are very friendly, stylish and professional 24/7. They even found me a french adaptor. at 3 in the morning. The lady in the bar was very friendly but sadly had nothing people wanted to drink! Plenty of local alternatives though. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Fresh eggs and omelettes were cooked to order. Vast continental breakfast available. We did not use the spa personally but one of the group had a lovely massage and swim. Reception found us taxis in incredibly short order. There was a very efficient storage solution for leaving luggage. Most attentive hotel we have stayed in for years. Definitely earned the stars. We will definitely stay again if we are in Paris.

Although small, the room was very functional and well laid out. Also it was spotlessly clean. The AC was exceptional. The staff lovely. The location - a bit away from the tourist areas, was fantastic with lots of bistros and food choices within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Room was expertly laid out and very comfortable. A lot of thought clearly went into the rooms. Staff was incredible and very attentive. Facilities were very clean and the sauna was able to get up to a nice temperature.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and patient. We took my mum for a surprise stay for her birthday and mentioned it during the booking. On arrival my mum found flowers and balloons in her room, making it truly special. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Having use of the pool, sauna and steam room really adds to the hotels appeal. We would definitely stay again 😍

The best stay in any hotel ever it was my husband's 70th they went way beyond making his day great. Spa is amazing could not fault it will definitely go back 👍
